This policy covers all Picshoot subscriptions and credit purchases, whether made directly through picshoot.app or through the Shopify App Store. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. How Credits Work

Picshoot operates on a credit-based model. Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when AI processing tasks are executed (try-on generation, scene creation, listing copy, zoom, etc.). Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

2. Subscription Billing

2.1 Monthly Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same calendar date as your original purchase. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Billing

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to the equivalent monthly rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window described in Section 3.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued on cancellation.

2.4 Shopify App Store Billing

If you subscribed via the Shopify App Store, billing is managed entirely by Shopify. Refund requests for Shopify-billed subscriptions must be submitted through the Shopify App Store support process. Picshoot cannot issue refunds for charges processed by Shopify on your behalf.

3. When We Issue Refunds

We want you to be happy. If something goes wrong, email us at [email protected] — we will do our best to make it right.

3.1 New Subscriptions — 7-Day Window

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. To qualify:

If Picshoot experiences a verified service outage lasting more than 4 continuous hours in a single billing cycle, affected subscribers are eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing cycle. We do not issue cash refunds for outages unless the outage exceeds 72 cumulative hours in a single month.

3.3 AI Pipeline Failures

Credits consumed during a confirmed AI pipeline failure (where no output was generated due to a server-side error) will be restored to your account. Contact us at [email protected] with the affected job ID and we will review and restore credits within 2 business days.

3.4 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5 business days of verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  1. Your account email address
  2. The date and amount of the charge
  3. The reason for your request
  4. Any relevant job IDs (for credit restoration requests)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice in your Picshoot dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
